Instafix (Cyanoacrylate)

The InstaFix© by OcCre is a quick drying glue Cyanoacrylate

This type of glue is versatile and can be used to bond various materials such as wood, metal, plastics, fabrics, cardboard, and many more.

In modeling, it is used to bond small metal pieces and structural components that, due to their shape or location, do not stay in place and require instant fixation.

Applications:
Adhesive developed for joining materials such as wood, rubber, metals, leather, skin, porcelain,
plastics, rubber, etc. with each other or combined. Special for joining materials with porous surfaces.
Does not bond polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon and silicone.
Curing properties:
Curing time: 5-20 sec. Curing rate depends on the substrate used, on the gap, on the temperature and
on the environmental humidity. Total fixation in 24 hours. Fill capacity: 0.07 mm.
Directions for use
Clean and degrease all surfaces. Apply a small amount of adhesive (excess adhesive can produce less
resistant joints), on one of the surfaces.

until full cure before any mechanical stress.
Warnings
Causes skin irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. Avoid breathing
vapours. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep
comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact
lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container at a licensed waste
disposal facility. Cyanoacrylate. Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Keep out of the reach of
children.
