These legendary vessels navigated the Mississippi River in the 19th century, connecting the cities along its banks from its origin at Lake Itasca in Minnesota to its delta in New Orleans.
The main feature of this type of ship was the large paddle wheels, powered by a steam turbine.
The model is a faithful replica of the original. Our kits contain all the parts needed to assemble the ship model down to the smallest detail. We wish you lots of fun assembling our steamship model, the Mississippi.
